Cancellation Policy

If a customer changes their mind and wants to cancel the order, then they have to contact our Customer Care executive. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by our respective departments.

Cancellation requests will be considered only if the product is not dispatched. Once the order is shipped, customer cannot cancel the order.

If the customer has placed an order through Online Payment and cancels the order, then we will process a refund within 7 working days.

Return / Refunds

Refund Policy

• A refund will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing an order (in case of damaged, duplicate or quantity mismatch).
• Return product will be picked up within 7 days after cancellation.
• Refund will be processed within 7 working days after the product is picked up.

The return will be processed only if:

• The product was not damaged while in your possession.
• The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
• The product is returned in original condition.

In case of damaged or defective items, report to Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The request will be validated by the merchant before processing.

If you feel the product is not as shown on the website or as per your expectations, report it within 24 hours of receiving it. Our Customer Service Team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.

Note: If you cancel an online payment without a valid reason, 3% payment gateway charges + GST will be deducted from the refund amount.

It is your responsibility to take a print of the manifest provided by F2DF while returning the product.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@f2df.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and (optionally) the reason for the refund. This helps us improve our service.

Refunds will only be initiated after our support team has validated the issue and once the returned product reaches our hub. You will receive an EMAIL and SMS confirmation with refund transaction details.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Refunds are only possible if the product is unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice/receipt. Refunds will only be processed once the product reaches F2DF's premises.

NOTE: For refund processing:

• The customer’s name must match the registered F2DF account and bank account.
• The customer must send a photo of their cheque or passbook along with Aadhaar or PAN card.

Special Product Notes

The germination of seeds depends on factors like soil, atmosphere, fertilizers, and watering. F2DF does not guarantee germination or harvest results, and refunds are not applicable for seeds.
