- Delivery Timeframe:
To ensure your order reaches you within our standard delivery window (6 to 12 working days) and in good condition, we ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, FedEx, Ecom Express, and others.
Note: If shipped through postal services, delivery may take longer than usual. - Order Confirmation for New Users:
If you are a new user, our executive may contact you to confirm your order and verify the exact delivery address and pin code. If the provided pin code is not serviceable, you will need to provide an alternate address. - Damaged Packages:
If the product packaging appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please:- Refuse to accept the delivery.
- Click clear photos of the tampered package.
- Inform the courier personnel in writing: “Package is tampered/damaged, not accepting.”
- Email the photos and order reference number to support@f2df.com or call our Customer Care.
We will take immediate action to deliver a replacement product as soon as possible. - Delivery Estimates:
Delivery time shown on the product page, cart, or website is an estimated duration. Actual delivery time may vary depending on:- Product availability
- Weather conditions
- Delivery address location
- Courier company policies
