Seller (Manufacturer) Terms & Conditions

  1. Registration and listing of products are completely free for manufacturers.
  2. Online marketing of your company and products is also free for manufacturers.
  3. It is compulsory to dispatch any order within 24 working hours from the time of placement.
  4. All dispatches must be made through the F2DF Delivery Mode.
  5. Sellers must issue GST-inclusive bills in the buyer’s name and ensure compliance with all legal frameworks before dispatching products.
  6. If a seller fails to dispatch orders within 48 working hours on three consecutive occasions, the account will be deactivated.
  7. Payment Cycle: Payment will be transferred directly to the seller's registered bank account after the product is delivered and invoice is received. One invoice copy must go with the parcel to the customer, and another to F2DF.
  8. Sellers are solely responsible for listing their products and ensuring high-quality images. Assistance is available between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  9. Sellers must accept returns within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. If F2DF’s shipping mode was used, return courier charges will be borne by F2DF.
  10. Any damage during delivery or return will be covered by F2DF only if the seller used F2DF Delivery Mode. For personal shipping, the seller is responsible. Ensure robust packaging to avoid damage.
  11. The quantity and product delivered must exactly match the order.
  12. If a seller opens a duplicate account, all associated accounts will be deactivated, and selling privileges revoked. Final payment settlement will be done after 90 days from deactivation.
  13. Products with moving parts or functionality that can't be tested without use must still be accepted in return if found faulty by the client.
  14. BEWARE: F2DF or its employees will NEVER ask for payment links or OTPs via email or SMS.
  15. Leads & Transactions:
    A) If a posted lead expires prematurely, the lead owner will be contacted to verify if the transaction is done or if the lead needs an extension. Only upon confirmation will the transaction be counted.
    B) Three days before a lead expires, the system will notify the owner to extend the expiry date. If no action is taken, the lead will expire and be counted as completed.
Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Narwana, Haryana only.
